  15.         Subject : Differences between 1.44 and 1.45

  17.         1    The  AMTOR Robot NOW INCLUDES A FULL NC/L Mailbox.  You  can 
  18.              also turn it on and off within a link, but don't do it until 
  19.              the other person is sending.  REPEAT, DO NOT DO IT WHILE YOU 
  20.              ARE  SENDING.   If you should turn it on,  it will return to 
  21.              the  manulal linked state when the other station  logs  off, 
  22.              instead of dropping the link.

  24.         2    In AMTOR,  function key 8, terminates a link attempt, clears
  25.              the auto sequecers, and most important of all, puts PK232COM
  26.              in the ALIST mode.

  28.         3    The  PgUp  key  now  scrolls  back  the incoming  window and
  29.              freezes  the  display  until you touch any key.  It backs up
  30.              two  screens  worth  each  time  you  touch  the  key.  When
  31.              replaying text that  has  scrolled off  the  screen, you may
  32.              turn the capture-to-disk on or print it.

  34.         4    The  help,  MH  and  DIR  displays  freeze  until  you touch
  35.              another key.  Up to 8K of  incoming  text  can  be  received
  36.              while the display is frozen until text is lost.

  38.              RUN  THE  PK-232  USING  AN RS-232  BAUD  RATE  BETWEEN  THE
  39.              COMPUTER  AND THE PK-232 OF 1200 IF YOU WORK AMTOR.   IF YOU
  40.              WORK  THE OTHER MODES,  YOU MAY GET AWAY WITH A FASTER  BAUD
  41.              RATE.   THE HIGHER SPEEDS ARE REALLY IN THIS PROGRAM FOR THE
  42.              OTHER TNC's.
